Wellness Desk/Loft Staff
We are looking for a Wellness Desk/Loft staff person to join our Health and Wellness team.In this position you will greet members, give orientations to new members, clean equipment in Fitness Center, and other duties. This is a part-time position on Monday and Friday from 8:00 am - 12:00pm, with some possible Wednesdays.

Child Care Assistant Teacher
The Childcare Assistant Teacher aids in the responsibility for the education, health, welfare, and safety of children, reporting directly to the Child Care Director. Along with the lead teacher, is responsible for the successful day to day operations including curriculum development, and compliance with mandated regulations, parent relations, the safety and well being of all children in the care of the Y.

Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma/equivalent
Must have a minimum of 80 hours of Early Childhood classes OR completed at least 3 credits in Elementary Education, or Child Guidance, or Child Development
Minimum of 80 days experience working with children
Must meet all requirements and be familiar with state licensing guidelines and requirements

Member Representatives deliver excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Respond to member and guest needs, promote membership and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of lobby area. Preform member service responsibilities utilizing software system, cash register, copier, fax machine, telephone system and perform routine filing.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Previous cash handling experience, with the ability to count and balance daily transactions required. Current CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Experience with database programing and other computer skills required. Good work ethic.
Part-time hourly. Morning and evening shifts available, includes rotating weekends with some flexibility.

School Age Child Care Teachers
School Age Child Care Teachers are responsible for the overall operation of the SACC program and for the safety of all the children that attend that site. This position requires cooperation with other Y staff, school staff, and parents/guardians. Requires acceptance of assignments and responsibilities requested by the School Age Child Care Director.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Two classes of Child Development (80 hours) completed. CPR and First Aid Certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. TB test and Physical within 2 weeks of hire. Registry Certificate applied for within 1 week of hire. Completion of 25 hours of continued education is required every year.

We are looking for part-time morning and afternoon staff at the Y. Applicants must be 16 or older. Lifeguard certification or experience preferred. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of the patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies and enforcing pool rules.

Child Watch Staff
The Child Development Center is currently looking for staff for our Child Watch Program.
HOURS PER WEEK: Part-time
WORK DAY: Evenings and occasional Saturdays
REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must be at least 15 years of age, enjoys working with children 7 years old and younger, and is motivated and reliable.
