Member Representatives deliver excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Respond to member and guest needs, promote membership and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of lobby area. Preform member service responsibilities utilizing software system, cash register, copier, fax machine, telephone system and perform routine filing.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Previous cash handling experience, with the ability to count and balance daily transactions required. Current CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Experience with database programing and other computer skills required. Good work ethic.
Part-time hourly. Morning and evening shifts available, includes rotating weekends with some flexibility.
