The YMCA of Dodge County in collaboration with surrounding communities, provides lifeguard staff and management at the following area outdoor pools during the summer months.

Summer Outdoor Pool Staff

We are now hiring lifeguards and slide attendants at the following locations:

  • Crystal Beach (Beaver Dam, WI)
  • Fox Lake Aquatic Center (Fox Lake, WI)
  • Horicon Aquatic Center (Horicon, WI)
  • Lomira Pool (Lomira, WI)
  • Waupun Family Aquatic Center (Waupun, WI)
  • YMCA of Dodge County (Beaver Dam, WI)

Starting Wages:

  • Slide Attendant/Front Desk $9.50 - $9.75/hour ($10.00/hour on Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Lifeguard $10.00 - $10.50/hour ($10.50 - $11.00/hour on Saturdays and Sundays)
