Appointments are made at the Welcome Center either in person, by calling or by submitting an online Appointment Request Form.
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice. In the event that a 24-hour notice is not given by a client, the client will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
One-On-One Personal Training
Personal Trainers are available for that extra motivation and guidance. They also can help design a program specifically for your fitness level. One hour sessions.
Personal Training For Seniors
NEW AGE: 60 years and older. Because exercise has proven to increase vitality and energy, lower the risk of disease, and prolong life, an exercise program should be part of every senior’s life. In addition, Personal Training for Seniors results in seniors who are happier and more active. We offer one-on-one training for seniors ranging from typical, healthy individuals, to post-rehab clients, to active senior athletes, or for those who need a beginning to their fitness journey. One hour sessions.
