Speciality Group Fitness Classes

Participants must be ages 16+ unless otherwise noted to participate in Speciality Group Fitness Classes

When registering for classes, please note that Members and Non-Members are ONLY allowed to register those living within their househol (ie. spouse, children, step-children, dependents and grandchildren). This includes FREE with Registration Classes and Drop-In Classes.

Sunset Restorative Yoga

Slowdown and oopen your body through passive stretching so your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. This class is designed to acclimate your body and soul to the setting of the sun.

Participants must be ages 13+


Reconnect with your spirit, mind, and body. Focus on mindful breathing, relaxation, and stretching which will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Join Hatha Yoga and promote health and well-being today. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilate's, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn between 400-900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique-all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Improve your cardiovascular, build strength, and strengthen your core with 20 minutes of high intensity intervals and hills on the bike, 20 minutes of strength and conditioning with Kettlebells and 20 minutes of Yoga/Pilates core work for a well-balanced full body workout. This combination of training will speed up your metabolism and have you burning calories like crazy throughout the whole day!

Indoor Group Cycling

This high-energy class provides a great cardiovascular workout. The energetic music helps to motivate and inspire participants to ride hard in intervals and have a good time while burning calories.

NEW! HIIT Cycling

HIIT It Dont Quit It! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), is a great way to get the most out of your 45 minute class! Incorporating short intervals of intense or all-out effort, interspersed with periods of recovery, it allows you to burn more calories over a short period of time. Great for cross-training, increasing oxygen utilization and overall cardiovascular health.

NEW! 20/15/10

20 minutes of Cycling, 15 minutes of Kettlebells, and 10 minutes of core to make a well-rounded 45 minute workout.
